Man I am so glad that glass got to you ok! I was hoping it would be ok with all that yarn squishing it up! I made that this semester in school. I love to make flowers in glass. I sandblasted the top for a little different texture. I spun the yarns too and made the stitch markers. The big red white and black skein is from Spunky Ecclectic. I love Amy King!

I am 36 years old and I am going back to school again for art this go-around. I am a Craft Major. I really loved mixed media collage that was part of my school work this semester. I take glass blowing as my major craft. I love color and shiny and am not really a pastel kind. I also do alot of fiber art and spin yarn and knit and crochet. I am not really offended by much except stupidity...

I got a SUPER WHOPPER box from TracetheKat! She sent a super haul of lewtz!





LOTS of goodies! TONS of yarns! and the super best was some stuff from Phat Fiber Boxes. I have tried several times to get one of those and never have be sucessful. So I gave up. I got a coffee cup that is awesome and lots of stamps and inks which are super because I got to art school. Pretty note cards, candles and candle holders and yum-o strawberry candies. ALL sorts of stuffs! Thanks for my box TracetheKat!

There you all are. It's like showing up for our weekly meeting and I am holding all the chairs waiting for somebody to come in..lol Great yarns! I love all the spindle yarns this week. I have some going on a spindle too. Just dark brown romney/tunis cross from my local sheep share. I also scored 2 pounds of yummy black alpaca raw but very nice. Oh and my Spunky Club box arrived..yeaaa

I have 3 skeins of yarns. They are really stuff sitting around on bobbins that I finally plyed. I got The Gentle Art of Plying video..wow..great if ya haven't seen it!

First up is superwash merino from Sheep Shed dyed by Carole. It was going to be one whopper skein but it broke on the ball winder when I made a center pull ball to ply it on it's self.
