1  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Fit for a Queen on: March 07, 2010 04:13:41 PM
I recently bought a pair of wedges that had contrasting colours on the straps and the sole. I didn't like that there was no continuity between them, so I drew a lace pattern on the soles with gold and silver art pens. Smiley

2  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / chanel jacket? on: August 05, 2006 07:18:34 PM
i saw the devil wears prada today, and absolutely fell in love with this jacket! problem is, i don't have $1,608 to spend on it. Sad so i've decided to make my own as a little back to school project. does anyone know of a pattern similar to this jacket that would be easy to alter (if needed)??

I'm making my dress for the upcoming skating season, and I'm trying to paint a chiffon skirt so it fades from navy to light blue. (Like this one: )

Anyone have any tips on how to do it???

Thanks!
