Ok...here's a consign & tell session. Have you ever been treated really badly & unprofessionally by any consigners (both online websites OR/AND shops)? Tell your story & I'll tell you mine. And if you give me a nudge, I might even tell you which one really sucks.

Hi, I've learned from Japanese websites that they're small eclectic independent shops selling cute handmade indie fashion stuffs mostly made by girls & ladies home businesses (and I'm NOT talking about kimono-related here).
I would like to know if these shops are saturated in one particular area? If not, which area has the most?
