1  Spring Fluff Butts in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Ravishing Jane on: March 15, 2011 09:05:23 AM
Here are a couple of bunny necklaces I designed and cut out of acrylic.  One in turquoise and one in White.  I used a laser to cut with.  What's your favorite spring time animal?

2  Wine Charms... Lots of Them!! in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by Ravishing Jane on: December 10, 2010 04:18:47 PM
Being a wine drinker means that I usually have a glass of wine somewhere close by most of the time.  Wine glasses can be so boring and easily mixed up with others so I decided to make some charms.  I've been trying to think of some other fun things that come in 4's to charm up.  I especially like the balloon animal ones below...

3  Show Me Your TEETH! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Ravishing Jane on: November 26, 2010 07:46:54 PM
I decided to hop on this whole vampire bandwagon and make a nice fang and blood necklace.  I think I like it.  It's laser cut from 1/8" red acrylic.  Thoughts?

4  I Wish I Wish... in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by Ravishing Jane on: November 04, 2010 06:28:11 AM
Here is a self portrait piece that I designed on the computer in a vector format and then engraved/cut into a piece of wood with a laser.  Once engraved I added a small amount of paint to help certain areas pop more.  I can't decide if I should add more paint or not.  Any thoughts?

5  hOOpty hOOps in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Ravishing Jane on: October 28, 2010 03:44:23 PM
Here is a batch of hula hoops I made last weekend.  I love making these things.  It's so much fun to be creative with the colors, sizes and weights.  A handful of them are glow in the dark too which is great for all night fun.  My children love when I have a handful of hula hoops laying around.

... And my personal favorite is this one that has been dubbed the Zebra hoop...

6  Balloonimal Necklaces!! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Ravishing Jane on: October 27, 2010 12:14:33 PM
I've always loved balloon animals as a kid and wanted to create something that represented that.  These necklaces are laser cut from various colors of acrylic.  Shown are a mouse and a dog.  I also have used a giraffe and an elephant for other projects.  My daughter thinks the purple mouse is amazing.  Any ideas for other animals?

7  Floral Wall Clock in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by Ravishing Jane on: October 27, 2010 06:54:54 AM
This clock is laser cut out of 1/8" thick acrylic and backed with 1/4" thick wood.

I had a lot of fun designing a collage design and using a larger surface area than I normally use.  I think it turned out nicely.  I especially like the turquoise one.

What do you all think?

8  New "Big Girl" Room in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by Ravishing Jane on: April 14, 2009 08:17:05 AM
My little girl is growing up fast... So we decided to have another baby!  With a baby on the way I decided to convert my daughters room back into a nursery for her baby brother (coming in July), and give her a new big girl room (formerly our guestroom).  This is how it came out:

....and the nursery is going back to this for the little guy:
