Well I'm glad to see that 3 people actually liked my shirt  Smiley and weren't just commenting on the "copyright" stuff.  Wink I know other poeple have done shirts like this, I'm not saying that it hasn't been done, and I stated that above in my first post.  Sorry for any confusion.   Embarrassed

When something is copyrighted...do you have to sign a paper or do something through lawyers or whay? Tongue

I like the little monsters.

It used to be that way, but they changed it, you have to have papers for trade marks and such things, but anything that comes out of your head is your intellectual property and if stolen, ie. someone copies you and makes money off of it and you find out about it and can prove that they stole it from you and that you had the idea first, you can sue, kind of like when you plagerize how you can be expelled from school.  It's just illegal.  But people really aren't that honest now a days with all of the internet stealing going on, so they don't think that intellectual property is stealable, but it is.

I still have to add the blue lace around the arms and the neck, but I was just so excited to share my first successful shirt.  I made the design myself,  I didn't make the fabric, or anything, just the design, it's probably been done before.  But I liked it.  So please no stealing. Smiley
