A purse could be one avenue to take.  I do like the western shirt idea as well.  Taking that a step further, if you were feeling especially amibitious a blazer would be really cool looking.  Especially with some neutral toned leather patches.  Looking for more of a home decor idea, pillows could be cool, or refurnishing a chair.  Just some thoughts.  Hope that helps.
