haha. well i was inspired by kind of an under- the -sea theme. I decided a little monster hanging out would be cool all alone under an umbrella in his own little party pad. so i added trees and a little submarine I guess to show he had just arrived. The person in back is actually from a roy lichtenstein painting and I thought it was interesting the little monster having a little party by an "underwater rolling stream" (haha- very strange..) going through the little rolling hills is being ingored (he says in response to the man "I'M HERE!". All allong the botton are tiny frogs and a little fish leaping from the water- even a volcano on the side. I made the diorama out of an old shoebox and mostly made everything else from paper hopefully it shows up, I just enlarged it for detail:
