1  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / my own Lichtenstein slip ons on: November 04, 2009 01:02:02 PM

And yes... that is Butthead  Wink

2  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Martha meets Monika on: July 21, 2009 12:04:43 PM
I used Martha Stewart's recipe for crepes and added on a Polish twist from traditional naleśniki.

The filling is just farmers cheese with honey and  a little milk to create the smooth consistency and grated in a little lemon zest for flavour. The garnish is candied lemon [I watch too much of The F Word] and something green from the garden. Of course somehow all of my mint disappeared.

3  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Parselmouth & Dark Mark tattoo on: July 14, 2009 06:15:05 PM
So I had my shirt planned out but ended up making this one too

It looks all psychedelic because my camera's flash would not go off and I have shakey hands. Im sure you know what I mean. Its done in silver paint and on the back its a silvery green lightning bolt with the date up near the neck of the shirt

The DM is on tattoo paper I got at Michaels which Im not that fond of. It isnt anything like I thought itd be but itll suffice for the night
4  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / For Fred... Love in a Can on: July 01, 2009 04:44:16 PM
Fred happens to be a guy who works at my post office. Last year while mailing my package for my first swap he told me my shirt was cool. Naturally, I said "I made it." which I had. And of course he wanted one too. I told him he could have one and just never got around to it. With school starting I didnt do any more swaps so I didnt need to visit the post office. But since summer started up again Ive been going and on more than one occasion he has called me out, in front of a crowd, about the shirt. So I've done it. Now Fred can shut up.  Smiley I call it 'Love in a Can' I'm not crazy about the spray line but oh well.

my favorite Cullen crest locket! squeeee Ive been so excited for this for weeks!

I was going to make the locket nice and domed you know like it has a cab on it or whatever and use some resin but as I got into my basement to get my resin I find its hardended in its container.. lovely, eh?
