1  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 99 ENTRIES / Octopi Love on: June 09, 2014 09:21:11 PM
I've had this idea swirling in my head for a while now, so it was great to have a reason to craft it! It's simply two octopi [made from translucent polymer clay and dusted with chalk pastels] wrapped around a jar. The inside is filled with blue colored water gel:3 It's approximately 2.75 in. X 3.75 in. While it's bigger than I was hoping for, if I went with a smaller bottle I'd have to leave out an octopus!:[ I also covered the lid with polymer clay and did a simple design to hide the original label Wink All in all I'm pretty happy with it:D

2  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Introduce Yourself / So hi...! on: February 15, 2014 11:26:36 PM
This is a little strange, I've never had to introduce myself like this before Smiley I'll admit I put this off longer then I should have... Anyway I'm [obviously] a newb. I found craftster on accident, but I'm glad I did since there are so many marvelous things on here! I personally dabble in sewing, polymer clay, painting and wire working. Although I'm looking to broaden my crafting^.^

I did have one quick question. I was wondering, when swapping how big is a small/medium/large box? Either example wise or if you could direct me to a post that'd be great! Grin
