I've never made a shirt from bandanas before but I have made a backless top.  I <3 backless tops!!

Basically I took a bandana and if you are small enough you can just fold it diagonally, to make a triangle, then tie the two ends behind your back.  If you need more room then you could attatch a couple of ribbons to the ends?? (I don't know about the ribbons, I just tied my bandana around the back, I had a reasonably large bandana!!)

Mhmm..looking for the tutorial, too. And whatcha do about the waistband and the on and offability? My daughter says she MUST have one...your's is great.

you could insert a zip inbetween two of the ties at the top!

On the "common questions" front, how about maybe dedicating the first 2/3 pages to those and then leaving the rest blank for adding in photos!

My boyfriend is going away to work in Singapore for 3 months and I was wanting to make him something(s) to tell him to take care and to remember me by while he is away.  Though I am lost for ideas as to what exactly I should make/buy for him!

Any ideas please?  Anything would be much appreciated!

I am soooo upset that I didn't know about Craftster before this as I would have just LOVED to have taken part in this swap!!  I LOVE 80's cartoons sooooo much, I tend to talk about them a lot as well, they make interesting conversations!!  SO I am sad that I missed this one, I just hope that there is another one like this in the future.... 

Hmmm, sounds like fun.  I too are a bit wary of swaps but this topic sounds like a lot of fun.  I may be able to participate as long as I fill the criteria by the time sign up comes around, fingers crossed!!

Well like I say, looking into getting a small mention on the "whats on guide" on the radio can't hurt!

The only thing is I ain't picked up my knitting needles in a while....guess I will just have to fit into the "sewing and general crafting"!!
