The starwars one is SOOOOOOOO CUTE  Cheesy ! but how did you make it?
I scanned from my comic book.  printed the cool dudes out on iron-ony paper... ironed onto an old teeshirt...  stitched the bit of t-shirt w/transfer onto a red leather band...added on some hammer on snaps... the end.

i really like that. those are great little charms/pendants- i bet you could make a neat belt or bracelet from multiples.

I love the star wars one, I'm not into SW but love the way it's been done, what material is the red backing? it looks like felt in the first pic. I know you could use anything but I curious. It looks soooo nice.

I love the last one, and I've had the urge to embroider *something* lately. except I've never embroidered anything before. but I do have a teeny hoop left over from when my grandma tried to get me into it, so I think that might work for a strip of ribbon that thickness......you did use a hoop, right? (once again: the last one rocks)

I love that embroidery can "ROCK"  (no hoop, just un-fancy playing with ribbons...)

those are all super cute! i don't normally wear bracelets or cuffs, but for embroidery I could make an exception.
Did you free hand your sampler motif, or did that come from a pattern?

Thanks!   Yeah... I don't really like cuffs. (on me).  I just like mine. (it's possible that i enjoy making them more than wearing them.)
and - it's just free-spirited embroidery on a large piece of grosgrain ribbon.

scanned from my comic book. ironed onto an old teeshirt. stitched onto red leather. punched holes. hammer snaps.  { i love to hammer snaps.  (thanks amanda's dad for my anvil.)}

back in "the day" people learned how to do embroidery stitches with a funny sampler that said home is where the heart... or an apple a day...
this is my sampler-on-ribbon bracelet.
