1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Scrapbooking: Completed Projects / My first scrap book! (Pic Obese!) on: June 14, 2007 02:06:17 PM
I decided to make this for my Grandma for her birthday because she has EVERYTHING else. It is all of her grandkids!! She absolutely loved it!

Every page has their first and middle name and their birthday. The back is just black textured cardstock.. Comments? Suggestions for next time?
2  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Lady Bugs all over my driveway! on: April 26, 2007 03:02:10 PM
I bought this for $5 off Craigslist like 3 months ago to redo for my nephew but my sister bought him a brand new one so I decided to make it for my little sister instead. I am going to give it to her for her first birthday in June.  Between being sick and the rain I haven't had time to do it but I finally finished it!!  Her name is Layne (Laney) and everyone calls her Layne Bug hence the lady bug...

It was much more faded than the pic suggests and it was really dirty

The seat is naugahyde (sp?)

This is the "beaded curtain" on the back I made with straws and ladybug beads

4  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / Where To Find Things To Recycle / Posh Points on: March 20, 2007 11:29:22 PM
I get a TON of stuff from here to alter/break&make and I love it! The best part is is that it is free!! You get 15 points when you sign up to 'spend' on whatever you want. There is a HUGE craft section but everyone knows that Craftsters can make ANYTHING crafty hehe. It's kind of a trading site like ebay except you don't use money and there is no auction. You use points and you can post items that you dont need/want anymore and get more points. Anyways... I guess I will quit rambling and give you the link.

5  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Bowls on: November 12, 2006 11:21:29 AM
I think I might give it to my sister for Christmas because it's the same colors as her room.  It's the perfect size for a cell phone and keys or candy dish! I looove it!

As clear as I could make it- it's very clear in person just hard to photograph

still blurry but just for size- had to use my dinosaur phone lol

7  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Milk money! on: November 11, 2006 01:11:19 PM
I went to a craft fair earlier today and saw some nifty little decoupaged milk cartons (the plastic ones like you get at Wendys) and they had play money all over them and a play dime taped to the lid for dimes, play quarter for quarters- you get the idea.. anyways it inspired me to make a milk money holder out of the Starbucks Frappuccino bottles. I glues the lids on (E6000) and then spray painted them white. I wrote Milk Money on the front and punched a coin slot in the lid.  I wish I could post pics but this is my first post so it won't let me  Sad but trust me they are cute as heck!
