2  baby sweater & blanket in Knitting: Completed Projects by jennirose on: April 25, 2007 01:24:18 PM
I made this for a friend (I feel like they're all having babies!) I think it's the best sweater I've done yet. I barely made it time, two days after it was gifted, little Lyla came into this world Smiley

6  yay slippers! * updated with pattern link!* in Knitting: Completed Projects by jennirose on: February 06, 2007 06:52:10 AM
I know I'm a bit behind, but I made these for chritsmas.   *edit* These are made with any bulky yarn doubled up using size us13. So they knit up very quickly, and are amazingly warm and comfy! here's the link:      http://www.freepatterns.com/list.html?cat_id=367       they're called side cable slippers. I also added a pompom. (thanxs cougar1 for finding the link!)

9  rowans' little treasures 'odette' baby blanket(the pics work now!) in Knitting: Completed Projects by jennirose on: February 25, 2006 09:51:32 PM
My first post!
So,  I made this for a friend of mine, using knit one crotchet too in petal blue and ecru. I found it's very similar to bernats cottontots, which is much less expensive. So, next time I think I'll use that. I doubled the amount of stitches and kept a rectangular shape, instead of rounding it. I think I'll make a pink one next.
