I guess it is not too late to go along with this sew along?  I see several people who have not completed their skirts yet so I would like to join in.  I bought a really cool reggae t shirt from Barbados at a thrift store the other day and I want to alter it and make a gypsy skirt for my daughter.  However, I am in Florida now and my sewing happens in Oklahoma so... I will start it next week when I get home.  I am looking forward to reading the tutorials and the post more closely at that time and see what I can come up with.  How exciting.
