111  old fashioned costumes, pink pilgrim and prarie dresses in Costumes: Completed Projects by mommabear1963 on: September 25, 2005 03:33:41 PM
Well I did not know if there was a place to put costume type clothing but I am trying to learn to post pictures so here it goes;

These are some costumes that my mom and I made for old fashioned day at church for my girls:

Closer look at the prairie dresses

And my oldest insisted that her pilgrim dress had to be navy blue and hot pink, soo thats what she got;

now lets see if I finally figured this out.

I adopted two attachment disorder children and they do not function well with toys in their rooms.  So I gathered all the toys and inventoried them and put them in plastic boxes and turned the dining room into the "play room".  We then needed an area to do crafts so I also added the "craft room" to the same area and here it is.  Sorry, I have not figured out how to post the pictures here, but can give you links.

top shelf is beading supplies and lower shelves are current projects, then on floor is boxes of patterns,

Large family dining table, which we made becomes cutting/crafting table with storage of toys and supplies underneath.

and here is the sewing area, in my bedroom, with the machine outside the reach of unauthorized users, and the dresser holds craft and sewing items, and then I store material in my closet in plastic boxes.

I will have to work on learning how to add photos to the message.  Have been trying for two days and getting frustrated.  If someone can help me, please message me.  Thanks.  Jamette.  woo hoo, with the help of a friendly craftster I learned how to post pictures
