1  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Capacitors from moboard--Need geek help! on: July 24, 2005 04:44:11 AM
I've torn apart two cordless phones and their bases, and I'm left with four motherboards and some very nice buttons.  I'm wanting to know what I can to with the individual pieces, namely the capacitors.  I have all sizes and types, and they're just too cute to ignore.
For those of you who don't know, Wikipedia knows all:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor

How can I use them safely?  Would coating them in resin a.) kill me and b.) make them safer for wear?
If I manage to make them safe, what could I do with them?
