Hey all I have decided to reuse the bottles form absolut vodka to store oils. they are very nice looking and have a nice silver cap. I have one problem though. I need to take off the lettering and place my own labels on it. Does anyone know of anything I can use to remove the lettering?

 These letters are engraved like into the bottle. Anyone here that drinks the stuff  knows what I mean. Please help because I have bought two botles of this thing it cost me around $13. It wasn't bad tasting but I fiqured I drink anyways and as long as I could use the bottle for my purposes afterwards it's all good.

I want to make one but i need to know how many pieces are to be cut out for the lining , outer fabric and interfacing. Is it two pieces because in step 3 of the tutorial it says to stitch together 3 sides on the lining fabric which leads me to believe you need two pieces of the lining to stitch together. Please help me I really want to make one thie week they are so cute.
