2  CLOTHING / Costumes: Discussion and Questions / Vyvyan from the Young Ones - 'Very Metal' on: January 07, 2014 01:05:19 PM
Anyone remember the 80's comedy The Young Ones? I found an old denim jacket lurking in the bottom of my wardrobe.....choppe d the arms off.......added some square decorative pins and stars.....and grafiti'd it up a bit. Even added an old cheap necklace chain, and this is pretty much an exact replica of Vyvyan's jacket! I love it, don't have the guts to wear it though haha.

3  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Doll House on: January 07, 2014 12:54:07 PM
Brilliant job! For a standard plywood kit you have made it look very unique. I've always wanted to make a doll house.....I buy the magazines online, but don't have the confidence to actucally attempt it, its all so small and fiddly.

Those are cute  Smiley isn't it funny how we cant ever stop at just one! As soon as my friends see one they persuade me to make one for them.....to their spec of course haha.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Guy's Tshirt to Gal's Tube Top with video tut on: January 02, 2014 11:18:29 AM
Bet your daughter loves these! I did something similar with a mans Guns n Roses Tee, but I used elastic hemmed into the top instead of a tie.....I like your's better  Wink May give the halter neck top a whirl.....x

7  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: *UPDATE* Wonder Woman Jumper- *Now with tute* on: October 23, 2013 01:31:48 PM
I am in awe of you! I've only recently learned the basics of knitting, and I'm on my 3rd (easy) project. Doubt I'll ever be able to produce something so amazing as your Wonder Woman jumper, but you have inspired me to keep at it x

Love every single outfit, well done you! I particularly like the black and orange skirt in the first pic, might see if I can find a pattern similar. Makeup is awesome too Smiley
