5  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / JEWELRY SWAP (sign up CLOSED; send by May 8 ) on: April 13, 2004 12:13:21 PM
WOW! This Swap is CLOSED!
we will do another one soon, promise

With all the pretty jewelry designs that Im seeing on the board, I thought this would be a great swap to start. Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, rings...its all fair game in this swap.

To the swappers:
Create one item to send to another participant.
You may not spend more than $5 on materials. Keep in mind, to that you are also going to have to mail your creation...(so a honking 2 pound ring is probably not the way to go)

Please PM me if you want to join this swap. Let me know the following info:
Screen name on Craftster:
Real Name:
Address:
Age:
Favorite Color/s and styles:
What sort of item is more useful to you (earrings, bracelet, doesn't matter, etc):
Anything else you would like to add?(do you loathe fimo clay; love wire?)

9  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / cheap picture frames? on: February 14, 2004 02:57:33 PM
I just got back from an awesome trip to Boston that i took with some friends. I have all these pictures that I took with my digital camera and instead of just giving them the snaps I want to make them each a picture frame. Do any of you have ideas for frames? I'd like to make at least five and spend about $10. A music theme would be good too because we were in Boston for ACDA (a music thing) thanks.
