1  My new "Wilde" book in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by squir_l on: May 06, 2007 03:48:36 PM
One of my favourite books is "Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde, so I was thrilled today to find a book of Wilde's best known works for 2$. Unfortunately the cover was really rather... fugly. Dirty and dusty and scratched.
So since I also bought a necklace today that came wrapped in zebra tissue paper I decided to re-cover it to eliminate the gross factor and make it all prettiful. Im also in the process of changing the gold letters and swirls to silver but my silver pen died. RIP.
I thought it was appropriate to have zebra print, given that it was a book by Oscar "Wilde". Get it? Yeah I'm sorry if you're someone like me that hates puns. I was just so proud of myself I couldnt help it...
   Anyhoo, on to pictures.
