1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Harry Potter - Luna Lovegood Scarf - My Take - PATTERN & CHART ADDED! on: June 25, 2013 03:20:54 PM
I will upload my version made for a friend with Paton's size 3 Silk Bamboo yarn in lotus (rose pink) and orchid (purple). I think it turned out quite beautiful and she loves it. Thanks for this pattern - it was just what I was looking for!

2  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: 12 crafty things for ME along 2013! on: June 13, 2013 09:34:47 AM
Wonderful! I'm one of those! And I recently bought beautiful new yarn for two projects for myself. This craftalong should help me resist the urge to put every other gift project ahead of MY stuff. Me, Me, Me! Thank you.

Those are gorgeous. I'm curious why you regret using the Caron Simply Soft for it. I love natural fibers but I'm starting a baby blanket with the Caron since it's so easy-care.

I appreciate the pattern. I'm thrilled with the way mine(for a friend) turned out.
I used Paton's size 3 Silk and Bamboo yarn in orchid (purple) and lotus (rose pink). Quite lovely. I'm a new member so can't post pictures yet but will when I can.
