These are fantastic! My favourite part is the brain bauble Cheesy I'm envious of your drawing style too.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present the World's First All Tyrolean Ballet! Unfortunately, due to a tragic theatre fire, they are all zombies. Please note that there will be no ticket refunds and you should be aware that they are going to try to eat your SWEET DELICIOUS BRAAAAAAINSSSSSS...

There are 7 little ballerinas in total, all with popped eyes, cracked skulls and entrails... ewwwww.

There are more details and larger picures on my blog: http://rightsidesfacing.efx2.com/view/62476

You're so lucky to have found that book! It's part of a series of 10? 15? books, all on old-school sewing techniques. If you can find the rest, snap them up immediately, as they are an invaluable resource. Mys et is currently 9000 miles away from me Sad

If you visit my website (http://rightsidesfacing.efx2.com), I have a links section on the right called "pattern drafting" with websites that offer more info on slopers. I find drafting my own patterns incredibly satisfying and calming, so I highly recommend getting into it. I would also be thrilled to see more people interested in it, as I'm afraid it's a dying art!

That is brilliant! You say it's not perfect, but it's as close as it's going to get IMvHO. And you rock the unibrow  Wink

I also send my best wishes to you. I read about the theft of your items and the pointlessness of it is so disappointing, not to mention heartbreaking. The things you make are so special! And strength for you too in getting through the divorce without losing yourself.

OMG this is hilarious! Believe it or not, I did the same thing when I was in college, but with vinyl! It was 1st year fashion in 1997 and the fashion show I took part in had the theme of cyber or future or some such. I made a futuristic hooker  Grin My prof nixed the porn though, so I went with red netting sandwiched between vinyl. Soooo cool that you wear it - hooray for shock fashion!

Thank you for your votes!  Grin

Thank you, everybody! I'm glad that this has inspired some of you to take the same [sometimes painful] walk down memory lane  Grin I thoroughly recommend it. And alysaurus, I'm so happy that you understood the full idea that I was trying to achieve. It's always deeply satisfying when someone else notices the little things.

That HAS to be the coolest thing I've seen this week on Craftster!  Are you planning to add pore pages in future years?

Thanks, vexy! I did all the years from 1976-2006. If you click the link to my Flickr photostream, you can see them all there Smiley

And thank you, too, to every one else for the enthusiastic comments!
