1  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / Help with my ugly carpet! on: September 02, 2007 01:19:00 PM
Hi everyone.

I have a predicament!  Shocked
I'm moving into my new flat in a couple of weeks, which I'm very excited about. It's probably the most adorable little flat i've ever encountered, however my new bedroom happens to be the home to the world's most aesthetically displeasing carpet.

It looks a little something like this.

gross, huh?

So I'm stuck with a problem. I want to have a cute little room, but I can't get new carpet because it's a rented flat, which means I also can't repaint the walls (which are white, by the way) to try and match the carpet of gross.

So i'm turning to you guys to help!
What can I do to make the room look good?
Does anyone have any carpet covering methods?

My only thought is to buy a few white rugs and just cover it all up.
hmmm.
