1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / cutting out circles... on: May 30, 2005 06:44:35 AM
Ick.
I’m stenciling a shirt of little men with glasses, and I cannot figure out how to cut out the glasses.  They’re circles, about hole puncher sized, but my hole puncher can’t reach nearly that far, and my attempts to cut them out with an exacto have failed.  Is there anywhere I could get like a hole puncher with a super long handle?
(I’m cutting freezer paper...)
(I searched and couldn't find anything on this... I'm sorry if it's a repeat)
