Ick.  
I’m stenciling a shirt of little men with glasses, and I cannot figure out how to cut out the glasses.  They’re circles, about hole puncher sized, but my hole puncher can’t reach nearly that far, and my attempts to cut them out with an exacto have failed.  Is there anywhere I could get like a hole puncher with a super long handle?
(I’m cutting freezer paper...)
