41  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: Preparing for the Summer Nerd Games (discussion thread) on: April 07, 2013 06:11:21 PM
This sounds super fun and I have to join. I have so many nerdisoms, like most of you, but I think I have to declare my geekdom fantasy. I'm so excited to see the first challenge. I'm hoping for April to fly by now lol.
42  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Easter / Re: The Easter Kitten! on: March 27, 2013 04:53:38 PM
Oh, I love it! Your kitten is adorable. Did you guess on the measurements? And how in the world did you get her to stay still with the ears on her head??
43  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Easter / Re: More onion eggs on: March 27, 2013 04:50:52 PM
I just heard of using onion shells the other day for egg dying and it's nice to see what the technique actually does. They're very pretty!
44  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Re: Needle Felted Baby Cottontail on: March 27, 2013 04:43:31 PM
Aw, very cute! Would be a cute gift to tuck into an Easter basket. Smiley

I grew up watching MLP and this is so cool! (Although I do have to say the new MLP are not nearly as cool as the 80s ponies!) I've never tried felting before but this makes me want to learn. Thank you so much for sharing!
46  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Hogwarts doll house and peg people on: March 23, 2013 05:28:10 PM
Wow, such detail! This is an awesome doll house! I love how you decorated the rooms. I've seen those wooden castles at the craft stores before and always wanted to get one, but had no idea what to do with it. You've given me some great ideas.

Freaking awesome! I adore the 1950s and I would love a 50s kitchen too. I rent right now so there's not much I can do to dress my kitchen up, but this kind of project would be perfect. Thanks for sharing.
48  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Harry Potter's Trunk and Books on: March 11, 2013 06:58:55 AM
This is so awesome! You've really nailed those books. Makes me want to pick up my HP books and read the series again.
49  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Inchie Storage on: March 11, 2013 06:53:27 AM
I adore this idea. Your inchie housing is gorgeous.

I've been thinking of putting my inchies in frames, but I don't have enough made yet for that project so I've been storing them in plastic baggies. This is such a better idea! And I could dress up the outsides of the boxes to match my inchie themes!
50  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Easter / Re: Carob Bunnies for the Dogs on: March 11, 2013 06:33:40 AM
Oh my gosh! This is such a cute idea! I've been wanting to make some homemade doggie treats and this looks fun. I like the Easter basket idea too. Smiley Thanks for sharing.
