Wow, so gorgeous! You did an amazing job. Smiley
22  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Themed Board Game on: April 09, 2013 05:26:34 PM
I would be interested in joining. How long would you give to complete the project? My only fear is that I would be required to make a game for a book I've never read and wouldn't have enough time to research the book/movie/whatever and then make the game. Would you be keeping this in mind and trying to pair people with similar interests or factor that into the length of time to complete the game?

But it does sound really fun! I was actually looking up board game pieces on Amazon the other night because I was thinking of wanting to make a board game but didn't have any inspiration to start one.
23  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Alice Golden Book Purse on: April 09, 2013 05:22:36 PM
I saw something similar to this at a craft show a few years ago but yours is much cuter than any of those. I love the beaded handle. Thanks for sharing.
24  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: I spy bottle on: April 09, 2013 04:03:17 PM
Those are cute themes! I'm sure they will sell well because you did a fantastic job on this one.

Thanks so much for the tip. I will have to remember that whenever I get around to making some of these myself. Maybe around Christmas lol.

Cute!

I saw something similar to this on pinterest and have plans to make it some time in the future, but I like your version with the colored rice instead of plain sand much better.

How did you layer the rice and items inside the bottle? How full is the bottle? It's hard to see in the picture, but it looks like maybe it's not quite filled to the top so that it can be shaken?
26  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Homemade Sprinkles? - Aint nobody got time for that! on: April 09, 2013 07:32:03 AM
Wow! I LOVE this idea! I'm a sprinkle addict, as is my boyfriend's 2 year old daughter. And sprinkles definitely do get expensive...this recipe will come in handy for the holidays. But I think I'm going to test it out sooner. The kids love helping in the kitchen and this recipe is simple enough for them to participate in. Thank you for sharing!
27  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Pringles cans to cupcake kit! on: April 09, 2013 07:23:50 AM
Ooohhh this is so cool! It's the 2013 version of the cookie-in-the-jar gift! I would love to receive a cupcake kit as a gift. I think I need to buy some pringles on my next shopping trip!
28  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Painted sheets on: April 09, 2013 07:17:05 AM
What an ingenious idea! I think my sister would be good at a project like this. I'll have to share it with her. Your sheets are absolutely gorgeous!
29  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Exploding Peppermint Truffles- Really Explode in Your Mouth on: April 09, 2013 07:13:10 AM
I haven't had Pop Rocks in years! I'm going to have to try this recipe. It sounds delicious! Thanks so much for sharing it!

Have you made any with other flavors besides peppermint?
30  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Re: I like drawing but...))) on: April 09, 2013 07:04:50 AM
Very pretty! I like how the flower gives an extra pop of color.

How do you display your 3D/textured ATCs?
