Oh my god yes, I used to teach people to knit in the local pub whenever they had an open mic night, I'd have people say they wanted stuff knitting, like jumpers or dresses for £20 while I was sat teaching an open group and inviting them to learn instead. I'd always get "nah, I don't think I could do it" while someone really hammered next to me would be picking it up fine. Always made me laugh.

Hi all, does anyone know of any good pattern websites where they're listed with pictures? I find  it takes an age to go through every pattern or link so usually end up using revelry which is brilliant, any others I'm missing out on?
