I've wanted to make a cupcake purse for so long and finally got around to making one! I will definitely be making more  I got the pattern from here: http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=39446 great pattern.
What I did different is for the base(the cup part) I used two strands of the cream coloured yarn to hold the shape better; and for the frosting I followed the pattern until the last few rows where I did a few decreases, and instead of ending with dc I ended with sc & as for the tie, I just made one long chain sl st back to make a rope-like tie, then tied a little bow on the end.
I will be giving it to my 4yr old cousin for her birthday.

Made from Red Heart Soft Touch. I really loved the colour 

Thanks to cynaluna's great post and chart http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=184231.0;topicseen I made one for myself  with just two differences(only one row of dc on the base chain, and picot sts are on the shells instead on on a new row)

Inspired by vanillaxlight's modified FBB http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=85662.msg807598#msg807598 I came up with this:

a navy blue FBB with a white button closure

So, this hat started out as a birthday present for a friend of mine who just turned 25. AND darnit I should have checked my gauge because the hat is really small!!  Oh well, I'm sure it will look super cute on a little kid  Also, I think it would look really good felted, so maybe next time I make an adult size one I'll make it in wool or something.







The pattern is, of course, from "Hip Hats and Cool Caps" 

I thought this was really cute and pretty, so I gave it a try and here are the results:

Made following the fashion first aid pattern in "The Happy Hooker"   using Red Heart Soft Touch. Then I just surface-crochet the tree. . .and then I couldn't decide if I should add anything else. So it'll stay like this unless I get inspired to add to it again. I was thinking maybe a bird. . or some flowers. . .but I don't know? I also need to line it because it stretched a bit after I put the book in there.

I made one for my little sister out of Red Heart Comfort. Didn't take me very long, and she loves it.

I merged two photos together to show a front and side view(I only have one little sis hehe)

My first amigurimi  It's modeled after my black kitty Cleo(Cleopatra, aka Princess) It didn't turn out quite like I expected, but I love it  Made with Red Heart Soft Touch, no pattern, just a lot of guessing
