Last week I found a few lastover skeins of a beautiful off-white cotton, perfect for a light scarf and I already started. Such an easy stitch! And so pretty!
ghilie mailed me the pattern (thanks! ) and I must say, it seems quite difficult for a beginner like me. But I'll try! I'm a little busy with school right now, but I think we (mom and me ) will start in a week or two.
Tinybits: I used at least 5 skeins of each color. So that makes 15. Might be a bit more, I didn't keep count! It's about 2 meters long and 1.50 meters wide! (That's 6 and 4 feet, I believe.)
anneadeline: Thanks. My mom is really tiny, and she just dissapears in it!
i made another blanket out of lion brand thick n' quick. it's for a church auction and it's done in university of florida colors since a lot of the members are alumni. i just hope someone bids on it.
I love it! Usually I'm not a big fan of blue, but it looks great with the orange.
