191  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Re: Goodmorning, morning! Bag tutorial? on: June 03, 2005 01:54:26 PM
Actually I don't think it's a jordy because you wouldn't be able to put the piping in like that with a jordy. I think it's a U-gusset.  You could try the messenger bag tutorial, but cut the gusset all in one instead of 3 sections.

I'm not sure what to do with those, but if you want your cds to look all crackly and still turn out flat you should microwave them for 15 seconds. It sparks a little, but they turn out super pretty.

I love needles is probably not that creative..
I love knitting neeles, sewing needles, embroidery needles, basically any needles that don't go in my arm at the doctors office.
197  CLOTHING / Sewing Pattern Reviews / Re: Little Girl Dress Patterns on: May 26, 2005 08:21:04 AM
I made a dress for a 4 year old from a pattern for a romantic-era  little girls dress. Its from www.sensibility.com.
Heres the dress:

I also made these cute pants to go under it for play:

Sorry about the huge pictures, I don't know how to make them small.

198  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Mouse pads on: May 25, 2005 07:04:56 PM
I have a dozen giant mouse pads. I'm talking 14x17 inches.  My mind is drawing a blank.  They've got to be useful for something.....  Ideas anyone?
