Wow! How did you make that? I've been thinking about making my own cat sweater-with cat ears an' all-and other animal things for the impeding freezing fall weather!

2085  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: Takin Care of Business... on: June 30, 2004 01:57:36 PM
Thank you thank you thank you all so much! I've really been at odds wondering what to do. I don't really know what my friend is going to sell besides purses and random articles of clothing. I will be selling reconstructed purses, jewelry, accesories, knitted and crocheted thingies, and whatever else. I've already thought of a name for the website and all, but I haven't made it. The webbie I have now won't do, so I'll have to make a new one.
Question: Does ebay charge you for putting stuff up for auction?

I want to go into business with my friend, but I don't know how we should approach it. Should we use ebay, or should we put items up for sale on our website? Huh

Awesome! So you must live near or in Atlanta! I live in a very boring town not worth mentioning that is an hour from Atlanta (so I don't get to go there often). I've been wondering where all of the good thrifts were, so thanks for posting!
2088  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Old CDs / AOL CDs / AOL CD Cases on: January 25, 2004 02:40:36 PM
Some scratched  CDs can be repaired with a little bit of toothpaste rubbed onto them and then wiped with a towel (thanks to my Dad for telling me this)!
