For the tail I suggest use black pipecleaner so it can stand up.

Crochet an oval for the head, cut out a crescent out of yellow felt for the face and sew on eyes and a mouth. (you're lucky it has closed eyes so you don't have to buy any) For the ears use yellow and crochet 2 triangles, then cut out pink felt in the appropriate fashion and sew them on those ears.
