1  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: Preparing for the Summer Nerd Games (discussion thread) on: April 03, 2013 10:54:31 AM
I would love to participate, but I've never done a Craftster sign up/group/etc.

My nerddoms are quite plentiful:

-Doctor Who (I have a gallifreyan tattoo that says "witty little knitter.")
-Video games - mostly RPGs, but some of all genres.
-Cartoons
-Star Wars
-I <3 the Princess Bride to the fact it's a nerddom - let's stretch this to SO MANY MOVIES.
-Table top games
-SO MANY MOAR.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Knit Meets Crochet Cardigan, Lion Brand pattern question on: January 15, 2013 08:16:01 AM
I figured since it was already corrected in '09 and nothing since then it was probably right.  But thank you so much for the confirmation!  Smiley
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Knit Meets Crochet Cardigan, Lion Brand pattern question on: January 15, 2013 07:38:42 AM
Hello, all!  (I'm not new, I just can't figure out my old password, or username for that matter.) Sad

Anyway, I've decided to take on my first "clothing" knit/crochet project.  I'm doing the "Knit meets crochet cardigan" from lionbrandyarn.com.

First of all you have the CO.
The next line states to do the K2, P2 ribbing for 15 rows for S-M and only 5 rows for the L-2X pattern.

My question is, does this seem right?  I've put an e-mail into Lion Brand, but I thought I'd take it to where I might actually get a quicker response.  I'm just paranoid I'm going to put a LOT of work into this project and then find out the pattern was messed up in the second line of it!  It seems to me for the smaller pattern, we'd have less rows, than the bigger pattern.

Thank you so much for reading this and for the help!

Edited to add the link to the pattern: http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/80421AD.html?noImages=
