I have just started seeing so don't have much knowledge when it comes to changing patterns.

I am in love with the peasant dress at the moment and have seen many talented ladies doing a lace flutter type sleeve on them instead of just the normal fabric. (link to example of dress/sleeves am talking about http://i1293.photobucket.com/albums/b599/tessarat/photo_zps24aef34c.jpg)

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a tutorial / pattern that will show me how to do these sleeves. I have been searching for weeks with no luck but am desperate to make my daughter one.
