I saw one of those at a vintage clothes show and I was thinking man I could make that myself and lo and behold I see it done.  Yours is awesome too.  I thought it might too hard to do so I kinda gave up, but seeing this makes me want to do it again.

Thanks everyone for the tips on de-greening.  Well, as for a tutorial pretty much all I did was use a nail polish bottle handle for the shape and then used pliers to kinda bend it slowly, using the handle thing as a guide to keep it round.  I kept fitting it on my thumb to make sure it was right, then bent some more etc etc.

ok so I"ve been wearing my ring for a few hours and it's turning me green.  Any ideas on how to fix it?  I think there should be something you can coat it with.....
