This may seem like a very stupid question but I'm new to this and I was looking for possible ways to do this before I found this post.  I had boughten Mod Podge to fill the bottle caps completely instead of resin.  Would this work or did I just waste money on buying the Mod Podge for this reason?

 Huh
well one day i was watching a show on tv and there was this amazing tool.  it heats up and then you pick up the gems with it, it melts the glue on the bottom of the gem and then you place it where you want it on the clothing.  i didn't hear what it was called but was very excited to find myself one.  if anyone knows what i am talking about and where abouts i could get it in Canada that would be loads of help.  thanks

Well i saw all of the wonderful shoes everyone was making on here lately and i thought that i just had to try it!  I read a lot about how many people put images onto their shoes.  So i went out to Wal-mart and bought some ModPodge.  I then asked my mom for some old shoes.  See as how my feet are a bit bigger than hers.. it didn't work out to good.  I thought i would still try to do something with them for practise.  I first took a stitch ripper to them and took off this very unwanted butterfly type thing on the toe of te shoes. Then i cut them and to my surprise they fit me!!  So after searching for pictures in a comic book, i produced this:
