Here is my stuffie from dfabbric.  I have my very own grumpycat!!!

Here he is jumping into our formidable leaf pile.  Just look at that looong tail.

And just to show you how grumpy he is...

No nonsense there.

Thank you, dfabbric!

Here is my house from goatgoddess.  C-H-U-N-K-Y! (yet funky)
It's really lightweight and has an interesting texture.  It came with a fake tealight to put inside and light up the windows.  For some reason my camera wouldn't cooperate with capturing the glowing effect.

Thank you, goatgoddess!

Here is the OTT that I received from coconutbells.  It's a tiny painting with a crochet frame!  There is a tiny flapper girl sitting beneath a tree AND she has a toad in her hand!  It's very beautiful and very tiny.

Thank you coconutbells, I love it! Kiss

Here is my house from Sonjaboo:

Wait.  Here is the sticker on the front of the package that made me laugh when I pulled it out of my mailbox.

Here is the house:

So...  I'm guessing the brickwork was created with embossing, but what is the material?
Thank you, Sonjaboo!

Here is my house from KimmyLynne82:

Detail of the skull:

The back:

I love having a toad in my house!  The tree is solid and sticks out from the house.  It has a little crow (button) on it.  I'm digging the skull... sticker?  Is it a double sticker with a pop tab in between?
Thank you, KimmyLynne!

Details of swap:
OTT (One Tiny Thing) swaps are based on the idea that you'll be crafting, literally, one tiny item. Tiny refers to the actual size of the item but even though it's small, it should be an item that is crafted with a high level of skill. If it's a simple/easy item for you to craft, try to embellish or perfect it to best represent your skills.

To celebrate October, the OVERALL theme of this swap will be the celebrations in October (Halloween, Samhain, Day of the Dead, Oktoberfest, Autumn in general, etc.)! Your five themes should be related to these.

In this swap, participants will have one partner.  Each partner will make and send out one tiny thing (see below for ideas on what constitutes as a tiny item) based on your five themes.  For example, if one of your themes is orange, your partner could make fancy orange earrings or a tiny orange ornament.  The tiny thing should fit within six square inches. If you need a couple inches wiggle room, that is okay.  This is a NO-EXTRAs swap. You can only send the item you craft and NOTHING else. If you do send extras, it will be noted in your feedback. This swap is intended to be low-stress.

After you have been approved, you are welcome to post your five themes in this thread. If you see someone's theme list and would like to craft for them, please feel free to PM me and let me know.  I cannot guarantee that you will be partnered with that person BUT I will absolutely take it into consideration during the pairing up.

Communication is important.  Failure to communicate will be reflected in your feedback.
It is your responsibility to:
-PM all of your partners and the organizer as soon as you have sent
-PM all of your partners and the organizer as soon as you have received
-post in this thread weekly (I'll ask a question each week)
-post photos of your received OTT in the gallery (unless you have agreed with your partner to have them post for you)

Is your item tiny?
pair of earrings     = tiny ----  jewelry set     = Not tiny
artist trading card  = tiny ----  8x10 drawing = Not tiny
small change purse  = tiny ---- clutch purse    = Not tiny
Bottom line:    4"x4" dimensions
If the item "naturally" comes in a pair or a set (ie: earrings, stitch markers), that is okay.
If you aren't sure if your idea is considered "tiny", please ask!

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE, REMEMBER TO SEND YOUR INFO TO ORGANIZER irid3sc3nt VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE titled "OTT" AND NOT TO REPLY WITH IT HERE.
Also, remember to read the Swap Info Guide to find other rules about participating in a swap.
Wait until you are approved to post your themes, please!

kittykill, I can give you a photo (not great quality) of just the fireplace.  Even the books on the mantle are old horror books... such as "Horror Times Ten".  Outdoors I seriously just have a Halloween flag and a small spider in a crocheted web.
