Finally rolled over! I hated that I couldn't do this sooner so here goes!

There was the great No Plot, No Problem book, which is clearly visible in the first shot. I am SO thankful for that! I had a copy but I left it someplace or other and hadn't replaced it yet.  Kiss
There's also the energy flavor stuff for water which will come in handy.

I am in love with the key necklace! ♥♥ It also has a plate (?) with "reality has limits, imagination is boundless".
One of my favorite things is the quote cards. She left some of them blank, too, so I can add my own! And she even sent some of the pretty paper and cardstock that she used to decorate them! ♥♥ Seriously, it made me super excited to find that in the box! ♥♥

In the awesome Tardis box is my own personal dragon! ♥♥ He's purple and has pretty pearl beads along his wings. ♥♥
My favorite thing is this mug with the gorgeous designs and the quote "Expect anything from anyone the devil was an angel too" and a pair of wings ♥♥

Glad you loved it! Grin
I have to make myself a caution sign now because I loved it so much.

Here are my pretties from chase_acow(please excuse the junky workspace):

I wanted to post more pics but our data is running low and I have a couple bills to pay online. It won't roll over til the 13th so I'll get up better pics then so you guys can see the items better!
I also have an item to send on Friday that should have been in the package to chase_acow.

No objections here. I just found an item that was supposed to be in my package! I realized I left it out when I saw one of the items in the package chase_acow sent! I'll have to send it Friday. I feel so bad Sad

I just sent my package today! I kinda wanted to keep one of the small items. So that means I must make another for me! Cheesy

Our pup chewed up one of my supplies. Roll Eyes
I'll have to think of a new small item to include.

I know that anxiety, averia. I always think "I love this but I wonder if my partner will?" or "I think this fits for this point value but what if it doesn't?"
877  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Overflow Christmas Stocking on: September 20, 2013 07:36:40 PM
By the way, what's the color/brand for that dark purple? Purple is my favorite color and I am in love with that shade!

That's Loops & Threads Charisma, "DK Purple".  It's a Michael's yarn.

It IS possible to get addicted to a pattern, but I see nothing wrong with that! Those are really nice and personal stockings rock! I've wanted to make big stockings for a while, and this inspires me to add it to my queue.

Great job. I love how you're wearing them as hats. New trend of 2013-2014?! Smiley

That's it, I'm going to go with "trend setter" rather than the usual "weirdo". Grin

I'm glad it inspired you! I can't wait to see what you make. Smiley

Thanks! I'll have to write that down so I can search for it next time I go to Michael's Cheesy

I'd wear a stocking for a hat. It's cute and different. Everyone else will be wearing Santa and elf hats but you'll be rocking a stocking! Grin
878  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Tardis Purse on: September 20, 2013 03:07:13 AM
This is too cute! Who wouldn't want to carry around a Tardis?
What is the brand/color of this yarn? I'd like to try my hand at making a Tardis colored scarf (a purse would be fun too but I'm still practicing my crochet and a scarf would be MUCH easier).

Because every girl needs a bag that's bigger on the inside! (I never get tired of that joke Cheesy )

I've found that most women's purses ARE Tardises (Tardii?) considering how much we can put into them if we really have the need.
879  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: three generation afghan on: September 20, 2013 02:54:30 AM
This is a truly beautiful and amazing piece of work. But the best part is that it was made by three generations of crafters.

As far as acrylic yarn goes, if that's all you have easy access to, use it! I found this helpful tip for making it softer. I haven't tried it myself but I was told it does indeed work.
880  Category Challenges / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Challenge Entries / Re: Future Challenge Theme Suggestions for Toys, Dolls and Playthings on: September 19, 2013 10:29:08 PM
I think a two-for challenge would be fun: boy and girl dolls, or cat and dog, or time lord and TARDIS, or any toy that would have a natural counterpart or companion that can each be played with separately.
Alternatively, a challenge to make the same or similar plaything in two different medium: crochet, sew, woodwork, knit, paper, felted, beaded, etc

I like both of those ideas. That would be a lot of fun Cheesy
