artsycandice, love your Dodo patch. They were such odd looking birds and I remember thinking they were cute when I was younger. Still think they're pretty cute Cheesy That catch-all thing is pretty neat, too Smiley

bunny1kenobi, love the apron and the tee. The jokes weren't half bad, either! Lol.

My sister has said that if I don't feel like building a plastic canvas Tardis that I could just customize one of the dolls' boxes that we saved and fix it so that it looks like he is an official doll. By that she means using rubber bands or string to tie him in place.

Aleister Crowley was a bit out there so it wouldn't surprise me to know that Ernest was a bit into the occult, if he was acquainted with Crowley.
I just hope he wasn't as deep into it as Crowley, who changed his name for numerology reasons.

Research Project Name: Allons-y!
Team: Fandom
Brief Description: My sister recently purchased a Deuce Gorgon doll that she wants me to transform into the 10th Doctor (her favorite).
Week One: Research and Design. I'll be pulling lots of references from the 'net so that I can get his clothing decently accurate. I also need plenty of references for his face. After all that, I'll be trying to draw him in Monster High style to show my sister a rough idea of what he'll look like as the doll.
Week Two: Pattern Drafting and Sewing. Exactly what it says on the tin: drafting up patterns for the dolly's clothes then sewing them. I'll also be gluing, cutting and styling his hair, which will be made with fake fur. Around this point, I also hope to order some glasses for him from Plastic Curves.
Week Three: Face Painting and Sonic Making. Using my references, I'll do my best to paint the dolly to look like 10. I'll also be trying to sculpt him a sonic screwdriver out of Apoxie.
Week Four: Tardis Building. I'm going to try to construct a Tardis for her Doctor using plastic canvas and yarn. I don't know if I'll make it perfectly to scale or not yet. I'll figure it out when I get there. (Or I'll be customizing a box for him.)
