glue globs on nails could be a trend, right?

I thought it already was! Grin I went to work with a glob of Fabri Tac on my left thumbnail. I didn't even realize it was there! Roll Eyes

YKYACW a customer gives you a small sewing kit in exchange for you sewing a button back on his shirt. (We sell mini kits at work that have one needle and a couple small spools of thread with two buttons and tiny scissors.)

Glad you're not using real eyeballs! Grin
I was thinking of using real needles in mine but I accidentally sit on my bag sometimes. I don't like the feeling of a needle poking me in the bum! Roll Eyes

I hate that they aren't allowed to reproduce it for you Cry I really hope someone can help you out! And I hope you're wild dream about Winnington wanting to publish a biography for Ernest comes true. I'd buy it because it's so hard to find anything (that you haven't already shown us!) on Thesiger Tongue

If Peake didn't intentionally base Prunesquallor on Thesiger, that's a heck of a coincidence!

Cute! And what a lucky find! I wish Mattel would start making the Todd and Tommy dolls again. I want some boy dolls to dress up.

I wonder if they wore the short socks with their leather sandals? Now THAT is scary! Grin

Not here in the Pacific Northwest...I see that nearly every day...no mater what the weather...

The horror! Shocked

Conservatism definitely wasn't Ernest's strong suit Smiley

On the needlework side, I need to find the fabric I wanted so that I can make the bag for my patch. I need a new bag as the ones I have are small or coming apart Tongue

artsycandice, love your Dodo patch. They were such odd looking birds and I remember thinking they were cute when I was younger. Still think they're pretty cute Cheesy That catch-all thing is pretty neat, too Smiley

bunny1kenobi, love the apron and the tee. The jokes weren't half bad, either! Lol.

My sister has said that if I don't feel like building a plastic canvas Tardis that I could just customize one of the dolls' boxes that we saved and fix it so that it looks like he is an official doll. By that she means using rubber bands or string to tie him in place.
