**squeals** SESAME STREET! I love Sesame Street! Oscar is one of my favorites! He's second only to the Count.

I've done both of those, bambam.

I can't believe I just used the wrong color yellow on an embroidery project. I had to snip the floss and pull it out.

*Sigh* I hope that have craft in rehab Smiley like they do in old people's homes

Actually they do have craft time in rehab. My friend's mom spent forever getting her psych degree and now works in a treatment center for people with mental and emotional problems (i know that's not the PC term, but i dont know how else to word it) and she spends all day doing crafts. the really funny thing is she's the only one in her department that doesn't have a doctorate and all of them just spend all day doing crafts, she even has access to a freaking kiln.

Oh jeez that sounds fun! I'd pack my bags and go.

Smeddley: Great idea!

I agree :3
1215  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Random things make me giddy on: April 23, 2013 11:05:56 PM
I fear becoming a hoarder too. I have three cardboard cigar boxes that are destined to become some sort of trinket boxes.

Ant Bee, it's funny that you mentioned giving him a tea towel because my dad suggested that. Said make Snape a House Elf instead of worrying about sewing his clothes.

Great minds think alike! Smiley

And you know, you did complete the doll and that is something to be proud of. Just because he's being picky about his wardrobe doesn't take that accomplishment away.  Let him scowl in a corner for a bit until you feel inspired to do something new about his clothes. Crafting should be mostly fun, or at least not maddening to a great degree! And maybe you'll stumble upon the best fabric ever that just begs to be Snape clothes... then you will feel the fun of it again. Just a thought.

True. I have LOTS of fabric to go through so I should be able to find something to put him in.

People who don't craft can't understand that it's a habit. Not bad necessarily, but a habit. Though it does get bad when it takes over.

Sorry about the break in, bambam! But at least the fur babies are okay.

Always, I am in love with the bunny pincushion!

Okay, because I haven't followed the Harry Potter version beyond seeing projects posted in the "Recent With Pictures" section, I don't know what one does with Badges...
They're just for fun. People collect team and other badges to show what they've done. Many people post them on Pinterest.

You constantly have glitter EVERYWHERE! In the lines of grout in your kitchen, between the wood of your hardwood floors, in your hair, on your face...I can't seem to get rid of it!  Wink

Welcome to the wonderful world of craft herpes.
