Hi there, I'm relatively new to crochet and craftster, but I've fallen in love with both! I'm a mum with 4 boys, and I want to make a crocheted blanket for each.

I had the idea at about 3am to make a Mickey rug/ blanket for my 3 year old, in the general black ears and head shape, but to make the ears into cushions, so he could lie on top and watch tv, but the rest of the head flat , so he can use to cover up when it's cooler.

What do you think of this? Would it work? I'm also wondering if I should try to make the cushions as a general round shape, or if it would be possible to make them flat on the base, but rounded on top?

I'd really love any input anybody has on this!
