1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / Re: Gloss in the UK on: December 02, 2012 12:45:46 PM
I used to use Klear by Johnsons but for some reason they have decided to stop making it! I've seen a bottle of the stuff going for 25 on Ebay!!!! crazy price but it's the best stuff for glazing IMHO...but now I have to use Fimo glaze (which is still good but I prefer Klear)

experiment! that's what I'd do....I would imagine the leaf might have to be slightly dried out before layering but as I say...experiment!
4  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / hi from KizzyBeads on: December 02, 2012 12:31:20 PM
Hi folks, new to this group so I thought I'd introduce myself....I'm Karen and I design and make polymer clay beads under the name of KizzyBeads. I don't always plan my pieces, rather just try to find the bead within the clay. I'd be interested to hear how you PC'ers make yours......to plan or not to plan!

love Karen AKA KizzyBeads
