You know, as much as i would love to see it continue in any form, the way it wrapped up i think was kind of perfect.  It is a super little 'miniseries'.

Don't get me started on Firefly!  But at least we have Serenity...

Lisascenic, the intarsia really wasn't that difficult though i am still learning as i go along how much wool to leave at the back so it doesn't scrunch up too much at the front.
Luluclyde, i knitted on 5mm needles and it turned out to be about 30cm wide by 45cm long, and the back is a bit messy from all the changes, so maybe for where the pattern is going to be you could knit an extra length and make a 'pocket' at the back to hide it?

I am going to frame it for them so they can hang it next to their poster of him.
It only took about six days, although i had to backtrack a couple of times because i got distracted by the television and the cat.

I am also marked as a mad Wonderfalls fan.  I had heard great things about it and took the chance and ordered it from the US because it has never been aired in any form over here. It was the best possibly-misspent money ever!
I am now trying to convert as many people as i can to it's brilliance.

You have no idea how much hair-tearing i had to do to try and get this chart up.  I have just recently transferred from an iMac to a PC because of my uni course - and i have to say Macs are so much more userfriendly.
I did the chart in excel, then tried to save it as a jpg - i am probably missing something really simple but could not find out how to do it.  In Appleworks it was as simple as copy and then paste into a word doc, then save that as a jpg.  If anybody could give me some tips, i would be extremely grateful! 
In the end i had to TAKE A PHOTO off my computer, and then post that instead.  I hope it will do.
So, that is a longwinded introduction to the chart:

To make the wristband all i did was cast on 44 stitches, and then worked in the star in the middle of the piece.

Starsview, in regards to your university's colours... the Gryffindor scarf is exactly the same colours as a football team over here, so when i wear mine i always get "So you're a Brisbane supporter?"  Drives me crazy, but it is amusing to reply "No, Gryffindor", and see if they get it or not...

Hey, Kimski!  Good to see another Aussie!

The first season of Wonder Woman has just come out on DVD over here, so i thought it would be fun to make some WW power bands to celebrate.

It was bloody hard to try and find a star motif on the web so i had to end up making it on graph paper - thankfully it turned out okay (or so i think, they look a bit better than they do in this photo).  I hope the people they are passed onto like them as well!

Has anybody seen an advance screening of the movie yet, and know if the hat is worn again?
