I'm a little new to crocheting and made the black bag/body but I am having trouble with the fuse box. It seems to small and even if I try to make it a little bigger the top of the body is still too big. I try to use the drawstring but the whole bag collaspes. Actually the bag collaspes very easily no matter what. Have I done something wrong? Is there something I can do to make it sturdier and keep its shpe.

I'm making this for my lil sis. She loves mario related things and what better thing to do then make her one of these purses for christmas. Btw great idea and I think you did very well on the pattern. I'm just not very good at reading patterns.
