So I made 12 baby hangers for a friend, and I'm not sure how much to charge her.

Anyone have any suggestions???

Thanks!

Wow.

That is absolutely amazing.  Really.

Would love to see how much someone would pay for that!

The "flower tree" is AMAZING!  The are all more art than quilt, but that one is my fav!

Maybe one of these days I'll be there...maybe.

Bratz dolls, it's a wallhanging panel, but I'm going to add borders and make it the back of the quilt.  The little girl is very into Bratz and Disney Princess stuff at the moment, so I'm capturing that moment in time.

Thanks for the comments.

This is a quilt I made for my 4 year old son, he picked out all the fabric by himself!  It still lacks binding, but he doesn't know or care!

This is just a pieces of fleece and flannel that I quilted rows on.  It's nice and soft, and was SUPER easy!!

This is a quilt top for my best friends oldest daughter.  I just ordered a "Bratz" panel for the backing of ebay, so I'll have to post again with the final product.

6  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / Math Anyone? on: August 24, 2005 09:21:10 AM
Ok, I'm having a blond moment!!  Actually it's a math moment...

I want to make an "I Spy" quilt (actually 4).  It will be roughly 60" x 60", depending on how big I make my squares (which is another question I have, what size do you all think?).

For 6" squares it would be 10 x 10 squares.  I'd need to start with 6.5" squares.  My problem is figuring out how much fabric I need.

What I'm ultimately trying to figure out is if it would be cheaper to by my fabric off the bolt or just by the 100 pre-cut 6" squares off ebay.

HELP!!  I'm getting a headache  Cheesy

Thank you, thank you!

I'd love to take credit for the binding and the look it gives, but my only mission on the binding was to find something purple that was at least close to matching some purple in the quilt!!  It's a bonus to hear that it really adds to the quilt!!

I went out yesterday and got material for two more quilts (a rail fence and an Irish Chain)!  I'm going to attempt a flannel rag quilt also, but haven't found the "right" flannel (it's for my dad).  Guess what everyone's getting for Christmas!!

It's a piece of fabric, not individual squares, I call it my "cheating quilt"  Wink  I found it a Hobby Lobby (here in Tx) after searching and searching...
