Haha awesome. Never would've thought of this. I was just trying to make a thong out of a t-shirt the other day. And it turned out pretty well, except it could've done with some elastic. XD

cankle - I think mismatching is an art. Wouldn't say I've mastered it, although sometimes I succeed, but I admire people who do.

Inspired by some people on Etsy, I made this last summer.
My boyfriend thought it looked silly though haha. XD
I guess it's kind of wide and open without the belt, which helps a lot.

Have you ever heard of the forums over at Concept Art? I would suggest checking them out. They have a very active artist community. You'd probably get more feedback over there. Tongue They have artists of all skill levels, and even the ones who create super amazing work are willing to help out the beginners. It's so cool.

And yeah, I can't give you feedback because I don't know what I'm talking about, and you are much better than me. Smiley However, I think you could push your work just that much farther in an environment with other artists and mentors.
10  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: First time bookbinding on: November 10, 2012 06:09:15 AM
Nice work. Cheesy I've never done a covered binding like that before, but I've made coptic bound sketchbooks. It's fun, but tedious, eh? I agree with everyone who said they liked the fabric. It's awesome. And very bookishly.
