To make it you will need to cut strips of burlap that are about two to three inches in width - I used jute webbing (upholstery webbing) with black stripes, but you can pretty much use any color you want. The stripes do help to add a little bit of a uniqueness to the pumpkin and make it less bland. Regular burlap will have a jute-ish color, and while that is sometimes very appealing, you may want a different look (you can also go for orange burlap).

You will be sewing the pieces together together to make a sort of sack, you will then fill it with beans and then finish it up with orange yarn
