i didnt stablize the fabric just stretched it over a board, then yeah you were right i used crayon and watercolour paints, obviously this isnt practical, but the screenprint section of uni was closed, because the colours were meant to be screenprinted. but it isnt intended for use just to get the idea of the colours and the design for the comp. Smiley

thanks guys, unfortunatly i have to make all garments in a size 12 for my course, and i am not a size 12, but i am waiting for the fashion show pics so ill post them when i have them.

hey ive used this paint a few times but always iron on the reverse of the fabric with a pillow case in between the t-shirt. ive never had any problems, maybe something to think about lol.

its not quite right i would love your opinion, i think that its the brim thing its too big i recon!!

just a hoodie i made from my own pattern, ive had this fabric for ages and just love it so i thought it was time to put it to good use.
its got a tassle on the hood a mini pocket and really tight cuffs.
it looks huge in the pics but its just long i guess



sorry for the pics there not exactly the best quality ever, but it its a little tricky in these tiny uni rooms!!

the best thing for the beads is to string them like you said and then have a seperate peice of thread to stitch over the line of beads. ive done stuff like this and it works well. hope that makes sense!

i dont know how you are at pattern cutting but try joining a corset/bodice to a tailored suit trouser. hope this is some help ive wanted to make a pair of these for ages. love them.
