4  Skiens to Balls in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by felly on: April 18, 2006 06:05:05 PM
Are there anyways to transform a skein to a ball of yarn??

To wind this:::

to this::

preg_replace('/(.{49})/', '$1 ', '___________________________________________________________________________________')

Right now i am using my chairs to hold the yarn while i wind it..

It's pretty taxing.. Sad
Would anyone of you have a better way or simply post your way and we can discuss

All comments will be much appreciated!!

7  Help please.. Stencil Holes in Stenciling: Discussion and Questions by felly on: July 13, 2005 02:44:45 AM
Hi there,

 Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

I am totally new to stencilling.. the only thing close to this i've done is like getting a stencil from the crafts shops , those with lotsa flowers..

I want to make my own stencils but first i have a few questions,

1. From your experience, which material do you think is the easiest to make the stencils out of?

2. How do i do a stencil like this:

How do i make the white dots in her eyes and at the same time the white spaces for her lips.??

3. Anyone has a very simple n nice stencil picture that you've tried before and would recommend for a first time..

Thank you Very MuCH@!!!
